Teens & Poor Health
Aug 24 2007, 5:05 PM EDT
Summary :
Today most teens have very poor health issues. Teens that are not happy with their bodies are at a higher risk for future binge eating, smoking, poor eating, and very little physical activity according to research from the university of Minnesota school public health. When it comes to teens and their eating habits they are very poor. More and more teens every year suffer from the eating disorder of obesity because of their poor eating habits and their lack of physical activity. Having bad eating habits does not only affect you physically but it can also play a big factor on how well you do in school. Study show that eating a nutritional breakfast can give you more energy through out the day, in a result paying attention through out the day. I also learned that having bad eating habits can lead to other heath issues such as asthma symptoms because eating unhealthy can lead to unhealthy lungs. I believe having healthy eating habits can only have us live longer and happier lives. Do you find this valuable?
